CampusTrakker pricing is based on which modules you use. The product is broken into different regions and functionality (called modules), and, as the client, you can pick and choose which modules suit your needs. You only pay for the modules that you need and use and you can turn on and off modules as needed.
We also base our pricing on a yearly license fee, rather than a large up-front purchase price followed by ongoing support and upgrade fees. Whereas some packages charge $20,000+ up-front, plus 20% yearly fees, we try to keep our up-front fees to under $1,500 (including setup, data import and training!) and then charge a yearly license fee of $2,000 to $4,000 (including support and upgrades), depending on the modules selected.
Although we do have set prices per module, we work with small schools to offer additional discounts.
