AlumniTrakker

AlumniTrakker is an online community for your school's alumni.  It's a great way for alumni to keep in touch with each other and for you to keep in touch with them.  Each alumnus can create their own profile that they are responsible for updating and they can search for and keep in touch with other alumni through the site.
